Smoker:

• Two 12-ft smoking chambers, 1/4 inch thick steel, 40 inches in height.
• Each chamber has three doors with 1-inch x 3/16-inch flat stock around the edges to seal up the pit
• Reverse smoker design uses two plates to transfer smoke and heat.
• Pit will hold a steady temperature all day long.
• Each chamber has six fully removable racks for easy cleaning; bottom racks are roughly 6' x 39"; middle racks are 6' x 38"; top racks are 6' x 37".
• All cooking surfaces in the pit and firebox are framed with 1-inch by 1-inch square tubing; 3/16-inch thick flat expanded metal was fitted and welded onto the frame.
• Grease drain .
• Painted with high temperature black BBQ paint.
• The axes function as door handles; roller bar handles are an alternative option.
• Pit is mounted well to the trailer, and components are fully welded.

Fireboxes:

• Each firebox is 3-ft long and 3-ft wide by 2-ft tall.
• A flame deflector inside the tank stops flames from getting into the pit, allowing only that good old hickory smoke and heat inside. 
• Breather for regulating temperature.
• All wooden handles mounted on 5/8-inch steel rods.

Warming boxes:

• Each warming box is 3-ft x 3-ft x 3-ft.
• Five grated, removable racks.
• Able to cook with smoke or without.

Smoke Stack:

• 12-inch diameter smoke stack (schedule 40).
• Cooling baffle makes it extremely easy to control the temperature by pushing or pulling the wood handle.

Custom Temperature Control System:

• 250 CFM fan for each firebox.
• LED readout thermostat.
• Keeps the pit at a constant temperature all day long.
• Makes BBQ-ing a breeze!

Workstation/Bar:

• Wooden bartop coated with durable plasti-koat to prevent damage to wood.

Temperature Gauges:

• Constructed of stainless steel
• 3 inches in size
• Will gauge from 50 to 550 degrees.

LP Fire Starter:

• High pressure burner welded into each firebox.
• High pressure needle valve.
• This option makes getting your fire started a quick and simple task.

Trailer LP Plumbing:

• 20 PSI High Pressure Regulator
• 20, 30, 40lb tandem propane bottle rack.
• Trailer plumbed with half-inch black pipe.

Storage Box:

• Extra large grated in storage box at front of trailer.
