Insulated Firebox:

  • 2-ft long and 2-ft wide by 30” tall.

  • ¼” outer and ½” inner steel plate fully welded to encapsulate 2” fireproof insulation in between

  • 2” thick door.

  • Baffle for regulating temperature.

  • All metal spring handles mounted on 5/8-inch steel rods.

 

Smokestack:

  • Dual 6” schedule 40 smokestack

 

Temperature Gauges:

  • Constructed of stainless steel

  • 3 inches in size

  • Will gauge from 50 to 550 degrees.

 

2x Deluxe Charcoal Grill:

  • 4’x 2’ cooking surface.

  • Dome lid and extra heavy duty cooking rack

  • Double doors for easy fire starting, ash removal and clean-up.

  • Charcoal rack may be raised or lowered for temperature control.

Custom Star Burners:

  • Constructed of 3/16-inch plate steel for durability.

4-Gallon Fryer:

  • Stainless steel construction and drain valve for easy clean-up

  • Heats from the “inside out”, not the bottom with a V-shaped bottom to collect loose batter below the heat source to prevent scorching

  • Holds 4 gallons of oil

  • Two Stainless Wire Mesh Baskets – 11-in x 5.5-in x 4.25-in

  • Fry Thermometer

  • High Pressure LPG Regulator with Brass Control Valve

 

Trailer LP Plumbing:

  • 20 PSI High Pressure Regulator 

  • 20, 30 or 40# bottle rack.

  • Trailer plumbed with 3/4-inch black pipe.

 

Sinks and Holding Tanks:

  • Stainless-steel double basin sink set in counter.

  • Cutting board prep area on both sides of sink.

  • Cabinets below to house plumbing components.

  • 20-gallon fresh water holding tank
