Smoker:

• RK350 reverse smoker with three doors

• 10’ long x 30” diameter x 3/8” thick 500-gallon tank

• Doors have 1-inch x 3/16-inch flat stock around the edges to seal up the pit

• Metal roller handles on doors are long lasting

• Pit will hold a steady temperature end to end all day long.

• Dual grease drains

• Pit is mounted on skids made from 3” x 1-1/2” channel iron, and components are fully welded.

• Different configurations are offered for the racks in the chamber

• All cooking surfaces in the pit and firebox are framed with 1-inch by 1-inch square tubing; 3/16-inch thick flat expanded metal was fitted and welded onto the frame.

• Smoker painted with high temperature black BBQ paint.

 

Insulated Firebox:

• 2-ft long and 2-ft wide by 18” tall.

• ¼” outer and ½” inner steel plate fully welded to encapsulate 2” fireproof insulation in between

• 2” thick door.

• Breather for regulating temperature.

• All metal spring handles mounted on 5/8-inch steel rods.

 

Smoke Stack:

• This smoke stack is extremely important to creating proper draft with perfectly even cooking temperature throughout the chamber.

 

Temperature Gauges:

• Constructed of stainless steel

• 3 inches in size

• Will gauge from 50 to 550 degrees.

 

Custom Star Burners:

• Constructed of 3/16-inch plate steel for durability.

• Low pressure LP burner.

Commercial 40# Fryer:

• Two-basket commercial fryer.

• LP gas, floor model, 35-40 lb oil capacity, tube design with baffles

• (3) 30,000 BTU tubes, easy start continuous pilot, double rod basket hanger, chromed basket with plastic coated handle

• 200° - 400°F temperature range, adjustable thermostat, cold zone, 450° F Hi-limiter, 1-1/4" full-port drain

36” Griddle:

• Commercial flat top griddle
